  • SMS Aggregators: To facilitate text messaging services. Note: Mobile originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Legal Requirements: If required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

6. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

RuxSolid Marketing Inc. is headquartered in Canada. However, our servers, third-party service providers, and cloud infrastructure may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. To the extent that RuxSolid Marketing Inc. acts as a service provider to healthcare entities, we adhere to the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) in Ontario and, where applicable for US clients, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

  • We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAA) or Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with healthcare clients.

  • We implement strict access controls and encryption for any Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • We do not use PHI for marketing or AI training purposes without explicit, de-identified authorization.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to persons under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
